MDG Flooring - Mobile App "Your store did not respond in a timely manner"

When getting the error: "Your store did not respond in a timely manner" do the following:

  1. Remote into the RFMS server
  2. Go to services
  3. find the "Measureorderentry" service and restart it
  4. to check if it is back up or not go to: https://cloud.measureflooring.com
That site is also where licenses are checked/revoked. They can also login and see everything the could see from the app itself.
