Change Windows 10 Password

To Change / Set a new Password (if you know your existing password and can login)


Option1

1. If you are logged in and can see your windows desktop you can simply press 3 keys on your keyboard (Ctrl, Alt, Delete) this will show the windows screen and allow you to Lock, Sign out, change users, or CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD. choose "Change your password" and proceed.


Option2

1. Click the Start button at the bottom left of your screen.
2. Click Settings from the list to the left.





3. Select Accounts.





4. Select Sign-in options from the menu.





5. Click on Change under Change your account password.





6. Enter your current password then click Next.





7. Enter your new password and verify the password. Enter a hint for your password. Click Next.





8. You will see the dialog below when you've finished changing the password.
